OCI Customer Instances Report

The OCI Customer Instances report provides information about instances that customers created from your Marketplace listings. You can filter and search the records, generate a CSV using the selected filters, and download the latest completed CSV export.

Generate CSV creates a CSV export using the selected filters. Download CSV downloads the latest completed CSV export for those filters.

Filtering the Customer Instances Report

By default, only the Compartment filter is applied. Use Search and Filter to add one or more of the following filters, and then select Search:

  • Listing name
  • Listing ID
  • Package version
  • Status
  • Instance OCID
  • Instance creation date
  • Instance termination date
  • Realm
  • Region
  • Shape
  • OCI tenancy
  • Tenant administrator domain

For the Status filter, you can select an individual status, such as Provisioning, Running, Stopped, Terminating, Terminated, Disabled, Starting, Stopping, or Snapshotting.

Generating and Downloading a CSV

For large volumes of customer instance data, generate a CSV using selected filters and download it after the export is ready.

  1. Use Search and Filter to select the records that you want to export.
  2. Select Generate CSV. Marketplace generates the CSV containing the records that match the selected filters and stores it in an OCI Object Storage bucket.
  3. After the export is complete, select Download CSV to download the latest completed export for those filters.
Note

Generated CSV exports are available for up to 24 hours. Download CSV is unavailable when no completed, unexpired export exists for the selected filters.
