Deleting a Task

Delete a runbook task in Fleet Application Management.

Tip

You can delete a task that's associated with a runbook because it's local to the runbook. However, deleting a runbook task doesn't remove the library task.
    1. Open the navigation menu and click Observability & Management. Under Fleet Application Management, click Actions and Controls.
    2. On the Runbooks page, click the Tasks tab.
    3. On the Tasks tab, click the Actions menu (Actions Menu) to the rightmost of the task that you want to delete, and then select Delete.
      Tip

To find a task by name, enter its name in the Search field. You can also filter by type, such as product or product stack.
    4. In the Delete task dialog box, click Delete.
  • Use the oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-runbooks task-record delete command and required parameters to delete a runbook task:

    oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-runbooks task-record delete [OPTIONS]

For a complete list of flags and variable options for Fleet Application Management CLI commands, see the CLI for Fleet Application Management.

  • Run the DeleteTaskRecord operation to delete a runbook task.
