Updating a Product

Update a product name or related information for a custom product in Fleet Application Management.

You can't update an Oracle-defined product.

1. Open the navigation menu and click Observability & Management. Under Fleet Application Management, click Administration.
2. Under Metadata management (on the left side of the page), click Products.
3. Select the checkbox next to the custom product that you want to update, and then select Edit.

  To find a product by name, enter its name in the Search field.
4. In the Edit panel, update the values as needed. Avoid entering confidential information.

5. Click Save changes.
Use the oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-admin platform-configuration update-platform-configuration-product-config-category-details command and required parameters to update information of a product:
oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-admin platform-configuration update-platform-configuration-product-config-category-details [OPTIONS]
