Listing the Knowledge Bases in Generative AI Agents

  1. In the navigation bar of the Console, select a region that hosts Generative AI Agents, for example, US Midwest (Chicago). If you don't know which region to select, see Regions with Generative AI Agents.
  2. Open the navigation menu and click Analytics & AI. Under AI Services, click Generative AI Agents.
  3. On the left side of the page, click Knowledge Bases.
  4. Under List scope select the compartment that contains the knowledge bases that you want to list.
  5. For each listed knowledge base, view the following properties:
    • Knowledge base name
    • Lifecycle state
      • Active
      • Creating
      • Deleting
      • Deleted
      • Failed
    • Creation date and time
