Deleting a Business Event

Delete business event types using the Authorized Approver role.

For information about business events allowed with Pulse, see Working with Business Events.

Note:

Customer users with the Authorized Approver role cannot create, edit, or delete CPU patching events for the next CPU release cycle. Oracle events cannot be deleted.

To delete a business event:

1. Navigate to the Calendar Grid/Monthly View or List View.

2. Select the timezone you want to view events on. The selected timezone is displayed on the Calendar Dashboard.

3. For Calendar Grid/Monthly view, click a customer-specific event whose scheduled start date is equal to or higher than the current date, then select Delete.

   For Calendar List View, select the event you want to delete, click the Actions menu (), and then select Delete.

   The Business Event Removal Confirmation dialog box opens.

4. Click Apply.

   The Your business event was successfully removed. message is displayed in the upper left side of the page.
