Using the Calendar List View
View change requests and business events available for your organization's services in the specified time range.
By default, information on the Calendar List View tab is displayed for the current month. Use the Select Time Interval option to see the records for the last complete year, any individual month or any time range covering the previous and the next 12 months, as explained in the Generating Reports for Different Time Periods section in Working with Oracle Pulse.
The following information is displayed for each record in the Calendar List View:

The change request number and description OR the business event description or type

The environment the change request or business event is associated with

The date when the change request or business event is scheduled to start

The date when the change request or business event is scheduled to end
Click any change request record to open the View RFC page on the My Oracle Support portal.
Click any business event record to open the business event details page. For more information on the business event details page, see Viewing a Business Event.
Downloading the Service Plan
The service plan download feature in Oracle Pulse offers a more effective way of exporting your service plan for one year prior to or following the selected month.
To download your service plan:

Go to the Calendar dashboard, and navigate to the Calendar List View.

Click Download Service Plan.

In the End Date fields, select any month among the previous 12 months or the following 12 months.

Click Download.
Depending on your browser version and your settings, you will be prompted to either save or open the file.
If you are prompted to save the file, go to step 5.
If you are prompted to open the file, go to step .

In the Save As dialog box, click Save.
The OraclePulseServicePlan<timeframe>.xlsx file is saved in the location you selected, where <timeframe> is a time period spanning over one year prior to or following the selected month.

In the Opening <file name> dialog box, click OK.
The OraclePulseServicePlan<timeframe>.xlsx file opens where <timeframe> is a time period spanning over one year prior to or following the selected month.
