Notifications
OCI Notifications is a highly available publish-subscribe service for sending messages to subscribers through topics and subscriptions. This subject area enables tracking notification topics, including topic name, topic ID, short topic ID, API endpoint, lifecycle state, tenancy, compartment, region, and creation activity.
