The Region list is shows paired regions when you add a remote disaster recovery peer or when you create a clone in a different region. The Region list only shows paired regions. That is, if your tenancy is not subscribed to a region that is paired to the source region, the region is not displayed. To subscribe to a region, see Managing Regions.

If you do not see a region that you are subscribed to in the Region list, open a support ticket to request that the region be added as a paired region for your source region. See Get Help, Search Forums, and Contact Support for more information.
