Oracle Digital Assistant offers the CX Service Template for Oracle B2C Service.

This template contains several skills and integrates with Oracle B2C Service Knowledge Foundation. It also has an example of using custom metrics to count the number of times users wanted to transfer, when users chose not to wait, and when no agents were available.
