This scenario occurs when all managed instances associated with an operating system has been removed from the fleet. While Installing a Java runtime, under the Extract Java from compressed archive option, you may be prompted to specify the installation path for an operating system even if there are no managed instances associated with that operating system in the fleet.

To proceed with the installation, you can provide any valid path associated with the removed operating system. Work request will not be created for instances that are not currently part of the fleet.
