In order for you to use Ops Insights with an Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure system you must complete the required prerequisites. These prerequisites can be broken down into three sections, click on each section for a full list of prerequisites:

• Permissions: Permissions required to enable Ops Insights for Oracle Databases and Exadata Cloud Service Systems
• Oracle Cloud Database-related Prerequisites: Oracle Cloud Database specific prerequisites.
• Enabling Network Communication: Network specifics settings that are required to enable communication between Ops Insights and Oracle Cloud Databases.
