Monitoring Oracle Radio

Use customer-visible Radio states and Public Safety and Security metrics to identify the boundary of a problem.

In Radio, review the selected channel's connection state and the talk state shown in the talk dock. On the Devices page, the online state is a best-effort indication of a registered application installation's current connectivity.

For Public Safety and Security service metrics, see Public Safety and Security Metrics. Use these signals to determine whether a problem affects authentication, authorization, a specific channel, a client connection, or the service.

When collecting diagnostic information, record the visible state, the affected operation, and the time of the failure. Don't share access tokens, session cookies, client secrets, or sensitive communication content.
