Releasing the Oracle Radio WebSocket Talk Floor

Send a RELEASE_TALK message to release a talk token and make the Radio channel available.

Permissions and Prerequisites

The following permissions and prerequisites apply to this operation.

RequirementValue
AuthenticationComplete the supported authentication path for the client before sending this operation. See authentication.
Radio permissionNo additional permission is required to release your own talk token. The radio.talk.release permission allows an authorized user to override ownership when releasing a token.
Channel accessSpecify the channel controlled by the talk token.
Session stateThe WebSocket connection must be open. End an active audio transmission, and then promptly supply its talk token and channel.
Note

Sending END ends the audio transmission but doesn't release a still-valid talk token. Always release the token when the client is finished transmitting.
