Provider Scoped Table Hyperlink

Providers define scopes (tenancy, compartment, schema, or object level) to authorize specific consumers to generate Table Hyperlinks without manual sharing.

Consumers with granted read privileges then create federated external tables via the DBMS_DATA_ACCESS.CREATE_FEDERATED_TABLE procedure.

This enables secure data aggregation across Autonomous AI Database instances. This capability simplifies sharing and enhances security by avoiding Table Hyperlink (URL) distribution.
