Gradle version 7.1.1 is now the default Gradle version included in Cloud Shell

Changes from the previous Gradle version installed in Cloud Shell (6.0) are documented in the Gradle release notes Gradle release notes. If you need to continue using a previous version of Gradle, you can manually download the binary from https://gradle.org/releases/. For example, to use 6.0, download https://gradle.org/next-steps/?version=6.0&format=bin.
