Registry now Open Container Initiative-compliant

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Registry is now an Open Container Initiative-compliant registry. As a result, tools that interoperate with Open Container Initiative registries (such as containerd and Helm) are now compatible with Registry. For more information, see Overview of Registry.
