New API Endpoint Added for Vulnerability Audit and Updated Existing API

New ListVulnerabilities endpoint is added to get vulnerability details for affected and related vulnerabilities of a vulnerability audit. The ListApplicationDependencyVulnerabilities endpoint is updated to now provide version range for each affected vulnerability. For more information, see Application Dependencies Vulnerability API.
