Enable Stack Monitoring for the external pluggable database.

Argument Reference

The following arguments are supported:

• external_database_connector_id - (Required) The OCID of the external database connector.
• external_pluggable_database_id - (Required) The ExternalPluggableDatabaseId OCID.
• enable_stack_monitoring - (Required) (Updatable) Enabling Stack Monitoring on External Pluggable Databases . Requires boolean value “true” or “false”.

** IMPORTANT ** Any change to a property that does not support update will force the destruction and recreation of the resource with the new property values
