Use the Console to enroll a parent tenancy in the Oracle Cloud Success Protection service.
Note
To enroll, you must be an administrator for the parent tenancy.
Support plans are limited to the type Oracle Cloud Success Protection.

Open the Help menu () or click the Support button (), and click Visit the Support Center.

Select Enroll in Cloud Success Protection and follow the prompts.
Availability of this function indicates that the tenancy isn't yet enrolled in a support plan of the type Oracle Cloud Success Protection.
A confirmation of enrollment is sent to the email address associated with your user account. Oracle Cloud Success Protection Service for the tenancy starts seven calendar days after you enroll.
