You can create a query-based widget and add it to a new or existing dashboard.

The query-based widget enables you to retrieve Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring service metrics or Application Performance Monitoring trace data and display it in a custom widget. The query-based widget can be added to the dashboard within which it's created, and it's also saved in the widget library and can be shared among different dashboards in one or more supported Observability & Management services.
