Exadata Cloud Service: Non-rolling infrastructure patching option now available

You can now configure Exadata infrastructure patching to take place in a non-rolling fashion across the database nodes. This option allows you to reduce the total time your system is undergoing quarterly maintenance, but does involve system downtime.
