Improved region display names

The region names for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure have been improved to follow a more intuitive naming standard. You 'll notice this change in the Console and throughout the documentation. Region identifiers used in API endpoints have not changed. For more information about this change, see the blog post Improved Display Names for Oracle Cloud Regions.
