HeatWave: Cross region DB system backups

You can now copy backups of your DB systems to another Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) region and restore the backups in the destination region. This allows you to migrate the data to a DB system to another OCI region without having to perform a time-consuming logical dump and import. You can also take advantage of this feature to create a snapshot of your DB system for setting up cross region replication.
