General availability of Java Management

We are pleased to announce general availability of Java Management Service. For more information about our announcement, see Announcing Java Management Service.

Changes in this release:

  • This release of Java Management Service requires version 210528.1918 or later of Oracle's Management Agent software to be installed on all of your hosts. For more details, see Install Management Agents.
  • Java Management Service no longer relies on free-form tags to associate a management agent with a fleet. Instead, it uses a defined tag in the jms namespace. For more information about tags, see Tagging Overview.
