Autonomous Database: Add VCNs and private IP addresses to Access Control Lists (serverless deployments)

You can now add VCNs to your Autonomous Database's Access Control List (ACL). This applies to serverless deployments only. You can also specify private IP addresses from your on-premise network if you have private access to Oracle cloud services using transit routing.
