OpenShift Container Platform on OCI supports bare metal instances

You can create high-performance OpenShift clusters on OCI bare metal instances, which gives you direct access to Compute hardware resources (without virtualization). You can also now access raw block volumes, which eliminates the need to mount a file storage system for a cluster and enhances performance.

A new Cloud Controller Manager (CCM) driver adds support for a secondary Virtual Network Interface Card (VNIC), letting you route incoming OpenShift traffic using a dedicated network. This removes a previous limitation that required you to route all traffic using only one VNIC.
