Additional extension support for OCI Database with PostgreSQL

Administrators can now enable several newly supported extensions through an OCI Database with PostgreSQL database system custom configuration. These extensions require an administrator to enable the extension before it can be used at the database level. This release includes support for the following administrator-enabled extensions:

• amcheck
• dblink
• pg_buffercache
• pg_repack
• pg_squeeze
• pg_stat_statements
• pgrowlocks
• pgstattuple
• pgvector
• postgres_fdw
