Use troubleshooting information to identify and address common issues that can occur while working with Data Labeling.

File Content is not Displayed when Clicking a Record

Fix problems when file content is not displayed.

You click on a record in Data Labeling, but the file content is not displayed. And error is displayed instead.

The error is: Failed to fetch file.

The file is not present in the the Object Storage bucket.

This is expected behavior.

The file is present in the the Object Storage bucket.

This is not expected behavior. Create a service request for assistance.

Fix problems when images are not all saved.

You save your images to Object Storage, but only some are saved.

Those images not saved are too large.

Make sure all your image files are no larger than 6 MB in size.

Fix problems when not all saved images are available when creating a dataset.

You have saved your images to Object Storage, but only some are available to select when creating a dataset.

Those images not available are of the wrong format, for example, SVG and BMP files.

Make sure all of your image files are of supported formats. For more information, see Supported File Formats.
