Fixing a Fleet to Be Compliant

Configure runbook tasks and parameters for noncompliant fleets in Fleet Application Management.

    1. Open the navigation menu and click Observability & Management. Under Fleet Application Management, click Fleets.
    2. From the list of fleets, click the name of the fleet that needs to be fixed.
      Tip

      To find a fleet by name, enter its name in the Search field.
      The details page for the fleet opens. You can view resources that are noncomplaint under Resources.
    3. On the Fleet information tab, click Fix now for the Compliance field.
      The Compliance fix page is displayed.
    4. On the Basic Information page, enter the following values and then click Next:
      • Name: Enter a name for compliance fix.
      • Runbook: Select a runbook to associate with the fleet based on the noncomplaint products.
    5. On the Runbook parameters page, enter one or more arguments for the runbook and then click Next:
      • Argument name: Select an argument for the runbook task.
      • Argument value: Enter the value for the runbook task.
      • Apply same value wherever applicable in a runbook: Under the runbook task section, select this checkbox if the same argument values can be applied, or enter values during resource selection.
    6. On the Review page, verify the compliance fix information that you provided, and then click Create.
    A compliance fix job is created, and you can find it from the fleet details page, in Jobs under Resources (on the left side of the page.) You can also find the compliance fix job by clicking Jobs under Lifecycle Management.
  • Use the oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-operations scheduler-definition create command and required parameters to fix a noncompliant fleet:

    oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-operations scheduler-definition create [OPTIONS]
