Canceling a Data Ingestion Job in Generative AI Agents

On the Knowledge Bases list page, select the knowledge base that you want to cancel its data source ingestion job.
If you need help finding the list page, see Listing Knowledge Bases.
Select the name of the data source that you want to cancel its data ingestion job.
Under Data Ingestion select the Actions menu (), for the ingestion job that you want to cancel and then select Cancel.
Note

You can cancel only cancel the ingestion jobs that are in the following states:
- In Progress
- Waiting
When you cancel an ingestion job, the job gets a deleted state and keeps the information about the canceled job.
