Troubleshooting OCI Media Flow

Video is in the object storage bucket but the MediaWorkflowJob failed with an error - MWJ19: Failed to getFiles from object storage
Permissions are incorrect or the object or bucket exists in a different region.
Incorrect Permissions
You're missing permissions. The MediaWorkflowJob runs with the permissions of the user or service that was used to create the job. This account must have access to read or write to the object storage buckets.
Review the existing policies that grant user and service permissions. For more information, see Media Flow IAM Policies and Permissions
Object or Bucket Exist in a Different Region
Media Services can access the object store in the same region where the job was created. Ensure that the object or bucket or both exist in the same region used to create the job.
