Using the Cloud Service Units Reports
Use the CSU link in the navigation menu to see consumption, entitlement and procurement reports for Cloud Service Units (CSU) for customers with Technology Cloud services.
To view the CSU menu, you must have at least one active Oracle Public Cloud service, and your My Oracle Support account must have privileges to view service and/or change requests.
The CSU menu provides information about the consumption and purchase activity, as well as details about the CSUs for the customer. The consumption activity is presented as a monthly statement view. The purchase activity displays CSUs purchased by the customer.
By default, information on the Dashboard, List, and Chart views defaults to the current month, with the filter in the upper right corner set to Recent Activities. To access the CSU dashboard:

Sign in to Oracle Pulse as explained in the Accessing Oracle Pulse section in Introduction.
The Pulse Dashboard is displayed by default.

Click CSU in the navigation menu, under Governance.
The CSU Dashboard page opens.
Click the icons in the upper left corner to acccess the views on the CSU dashboard:

Click Dashboard View to access the CSU Dashboard view.

Click List View to access the CSU List view.

Click Chart View to access the CSU Chart view.
