Editing a Profile
Change the settings of a user-defined profile in OS Management Hub.
Editing a profile doesn't affect instances that are already registered with the profile. To change instance settings after registration, such as attached software sources, do this directly through the service. For example, Attaching Software Sources to an Instance.

Update the profile information:
- Name: Enter a name for the profile. You can add or change the name later. The name doesn't need to be unique, because an Oracle Cloud Identifier (OCID) uniquely identifies the profile. Avoid entering confidential information.
