LH - indicates an Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse database This cannot be updated in parallel with any of the following: licenseModel, dbEdition, cpuCoreCount, computeCount, computeModel, adminPassword, whitelistedIps, isMTLSConnectionRequired, privateEndpointLabel, nsgIds, dbVersion, isRefreshable, dbName, scheduledOperations, dbToolsDetails, isLocalDataGuardEnabled, or isFreeTier.
