Usability improvements for OS Management Hub

This release includes the following enhancements:

• Added ability to unregister a station from the management station details page. See Unregistering a Management Station.
• Improved job logs to display custom software sources by their user-friendly display names.

This release includes the following bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue with Ksplice userspace patches from a custom software source.
• Fixed the package search when a package is in multiple vendor software sources.
• Fixed an issue with 'Latest only' option when listing packages within a group.
• Fixed an issue with the scheduled jobs tab not displaying all jobs.
