Installed Client Won't Connect to the Desktop
You cannot open the desktop by manually starting the client from your local system.

Manually launching client application fails to connect
Do not start the installed client directly from your local system (such as from the Start menu in Windows). You cannot connect to the desktop directly from the installed application.
Remedy: To use the installed client, you must set it as the preferred client within the Secure Desktops interface. The next time you open your desktop, it will automatically use the installed client.
