Administrator First Steps
The desktop administrator manages desktop pools and storage volumes. However, the tenancy administrator must first set up user access and desktop images.
Prerequisites
- Create a compartment in your tenancy for the desktops.
- Create a VCN and subnet for connections to the service.
- Define IAM policies for the service.
- Define users and groups.
- If required, create a custom desktop image for the desktop instances.
