SDK, CLI, and API for My Oracle Cloud Support migration

SDK, CLI, and API are now available for the migration to My Oracle Cloud Support (formerly known as My Oracle Support).

On Nov. 11th, the Console experience was migrated:

  • Existing support requests were migrated. New "4-" identifiers are listed alongside the old "3-" identifiers.
  • Access to support requests is now controlled by user group instead of CSI. When creating a technical support request, select a user group to associate it with. To update a support request, your user account must have edit privileges within the user group that's specified for the support request.
  • Existing user accounts were added to these user groups.
